PP Scoring Change

Because of lack of Activity on the forum, I am going to make posting more "Rewarding". In Case you don't know you get Promotion Points for every post you post on our forums. I changed how much you earn now so for every post (every time you click reply to a existing topic) you get 3 PP rather than 1 and 5 PP for every new topic (when you go to a forum and hit the new topic button.)

A reminder that 300 Promotion Points will promote you to another rank.
